Social Services are available to residents and family members. Our Social Services staff will assist residents adjust to the facility and with various individual needs.

Assistance is provided with obtaining additional services such as Dental, Optometry, Podiatry, or Psychological services.

When a resident is planning to discharge home or to another level of care the social service worker is instrumental in coordinating the planning for the discharge and securing any services needed after discharge such as home health, special equipment, meals on wheels, or caregiver training by our Rehabilitation staff.

Our Social Services staff is provided ongoing training and consultation by a Social Worker who holds a Masters Degree.
